I've haven't been feeling too well for the past few days, nothing serious just my fibromyalgia pains got a bit worse. I think it was all the excitement around the holidays :) Thankfully, my perceptive husband took notice and took over the kitchen for some time.
This is one of his creations. He came up with it on the spot! Thankfully he isn't one of the guys who doesn't know anything around the kitchen and is a great cook. This is of course great, because I don't like to eat junk food when I'm very sick. He's there to take care of me :)His creation - Spicy Sausage and Potato Skillet. It has beautifully cooked potatoes with spicy sausage, fried onions, very very little Tillamook peppered white cheddar. All topped with a fried egg.
This enormous plate filled up the both of us and then some :) It is exceptionally great with freshly squeezed orange juice and pineapple juice.
